🐞 Feedback and reporting bugs
Help us improve Cooked.wiki by providing feedback and reporting any bugs you encounter.
Reporting a Bug
If you encounter an issue with Cooked.wiki:
- Click on the “Help” icon in the bottom-right corner of any page
- Select “Report a Bug” from the menu
- Fill out the bug report form with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Your device and browser information
- Screenshots (if applicable)
- Click “Submit” to send your report
In-App Feedback
Provide general feedback about the platform:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select “Feedback” from the dropdown menu
- Choose a feedback category (general, feature request, improvement)
- Write your feedback in the provided field
- Rate your overall experience (optional)
- Submit your feedback
Feature Requests
Suggest new features for Cooked.wiki:
- Navigate to the “Feature Requests” section in the Help Center
- Browse existing requests to see if your idea has already been suggested
- If not, click “New Feature Request”
- Describe your idea and how it would improve the platform
- Others can vote on your suggestion to help prioritize implementation
Bug Status Tracking
Monitor the status of your bug reports:
- Log in to your Cooked.wiki account
- Go to “Account Settings”
- Select the “My Reports” tab
- View all your submitted bug reports and their current status
- Receive notifications when your reported issues are addressed
Emergency Issues
For critical problems requiring immediate attention:
- Use the “Priority Support” option in the Help menu
- Send an email to urgent@cooked.wiki
- Include “URGENT” in the subject line
- Provide your account details and a description of the emergency issue
